Cookie Policy
FixyBag · Next Service Sp. z o.o.
§ 1. General provisions
- This Policy concerns “cookies” and applies to the website operating at https://fixybag.com (the “Service”).
- The data controller and the entity placing cookies on the user’s device is Next Service Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at Aleja Krakowska 264, 02-210 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000584355, tax identification number NIP: 5223043546 (the “Controller”).
- “Cookies” means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the devices through which the user accesses the Service’s web pages.
§ 2. What do we use cookies for?
The FixyBag Service uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Operation of the Service (Necessary): They enable correct page display, maintaining the user session, submitting request forms (e.g. the suitcase repair quote form) and ensuring the IT security of the platform on the Vercel infrastructure.
- Analytics and statistics (Analytical): They help us understand how users navigate the site (e.g. which services, such as wheel repair or crack welding, attract the most interest). This lets us optimise the structure of the Service and make navigation easier. This data is anonymised and aggregated.
- Remembering preferences (Functional): They remember choices made by the user (e.g. notification consents or language preferences).
§ 3. What types of cookies do we use?
The Service uses two main types of cookies:
- Session cookies: Temporary files stored on the user’s device until they log out, leave the website or close the web browser.
- Persistent cookies: Remain on the user’s device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until manually deleted by the user.
By origin, cookies are divided into:
- First-party cookies: Placed directly by our Service for its correct and secure operation.
- Third-party cookies: Resulting from the Service’s integration with external analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). They are used for statistical purposes only.
§ 4. Managing cookies and changing settings
- Web browsers allow cookies to be stored on the user’s device by default. Users of the Service can change these settings at any time.
- Detailed information on how to manage cookies is available in the settings of each browser:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Site permissions → Cookies and site data
- Users can also use their browser’s incognito (private) mode, which automatically deletes cookies when the window is closed.
Important: Not changing your browser settings means you consent to FixyBag Service cookies being stored on your device. Blocking necessary cookies entirely may adversely affect the correct operation of some parts of the Service, e.g. prevent the baggage repair quote request form from being submitted.
§ 5. Final provisions
- This Cookie Policy may be updated in the event of technological changes or changes to the Service’s functionality.
- Matters not covered by this Cookie Policy are governed by the main FixyBag Privacy Policy and by Polish and EU law (GDPR).
